Performing 70's & 80's Disco, Motown and Soul favourites by some of the world’s best performing artists, SOUL'd Out are a live band gaining recognition across North Essex since 2003 Delivering like no other, SOUL'd Out has received an abundance of press and support in the community for various fundraising events and entertaining ventures over the years, including hosting their own Black Tie Charity Ball at the Town Hall for Cancer Awareness, their own live concert in Culver Square Colchester to entertain crowds as well as regularly headlining regional festivals and even a seaside rooftop performance just for something different. Their repertoire reflects years of experience and combined with their own personal touch and passion they continue to wow audiences with a performance admired by many other local acts. Bringing toe-tapping sing-along anthems from the past to the present motivating audiences to hit the dance floors until their hearts content SOUL'd Out continue to be one of the most committed acts around, working with you to achieve the climax to your special day or event that is remarked by your guests for years to come With one focus SOUL'd Out are flexible to making your event memorable, so whether for a Wedding, Corporate function, a Party or just purely because you want an excuse to dance, SOUL'd Out will be with you every step of the way. 'Dommie B' SOUL'd Out's Manager / Promoter & Drummer Add the band @ www.facebook/souldoutlive The motivated one to push SOUL’d Out to the limits since 2003; they've completed local festivals, many glorious weddings, charity events, press and radio coverage, interviews on Dream 100, SGR 96.1, a roof top performance in Walton on the naze eagerly watched by nearly 500 people and many rebooked venues across North Essex. Dominic has played drums since he was 5, his Drum teachers include - Adrian Page (1985-1987), Paul Francis (of Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel fame) 1987-1993 Dom's Gear- Dom performs using an eye-catching DW Performance 6-piece kit finished in titanium sparkle with a choice of many snare drums favouritng a Dw Collectors Snare in Black Nickel over Brass w/ Black Nickel HW or a cracking' retro Remo piccola for that extra snap. Having travelled to see them all live many times, Dom is influenced by Chic! feat Nile Rodgers & Bruno Mars for their live performances, and for technical ability and funk it has to be BrotherStrut (BrotherStrut.com) for nailing the relationship between the audience and the groove! Internationally, Ladies of Soul (Ft Gennis Grace & Candy Dulfer) who hail from the Netherlands are an absolute delight and inspire some of the energy SOUL'd Out delivers. Bob Tenor & Alto Saxophone I play on a Selmer S80 MkII Tenor and a Selmer Reference 54 Alto, using a Jody Jazz DV Metal mouthpiece on each. I use a Shure Beta 98 clip-on microphone going through Boss FX pedals I am influenced by Soul, Funk and Jazz. The band PA is an Allen & Heath mixing desk into Yamaha active speakers, stage monitoring by EV & Toa

Vicky Lead Vocals Vicky has been singing since a young age, as a child was lucky enough to sing in some amazing venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and the Royal Opera house. Starting her professional singing career at 17, in Lanzarote, Vicky sang her way throughout the Islands hotels. She enjoys listening to all music but especially loves 80s classics. Her biggest influences are Whitney Houston and Mary J Blige Gear - Shure Beta58 mic, BOSE Monitoring

Rob Rhythm Guitar I've been playing for over a decade, and I've recently completed a Music Technology degree. I began playing guitar whilst listening to old funk albums like the Commodores, Sly and the Family Stone and the Bar-Kays and then swiftly moved over to blues and rock. Before Uni I played in a pub covers band, and then while i was studying i began to work as a live session musician, therefore i've been fortunate to play in loads of venues and events around London and the South East including live radio sessions for BBC Radio 2, and the Spitalfields Festival of Blues. Rob's favourite musicians - Dave Gilmour, Jimmy Page, Jimi Hendrix, Guthrie Govan, Dave Kilminster, Rob Harris, Joe Bonamassa, Matt Schofield, Simon McBride, Robben Ford... and Prince!! Andy P Bass Guitar, Percussion Previously the fulltime bass player with SOUL'd Out, rereturned in 2020 to retake his position as the funk-fantastic Bassist. Alongside performing in a variety of other local acts, Andrew is a supurb percussionist and specialises in tabla. Favourite player includes Jaco Pastorius..."did someone say Chicken..."

Michaela Lead Vocals Michaela started out singing & performing at an early age going on to study Performing Arts before working as redcoat & holiday park entertainer for 10 years. Michaela hails from the north east and has travelled the UK performing as a solo singer for the past 15 years. A versatile and warm performer, Michaela enjoys to perform all styles of music, especially enjoying motown and soul. Her influences among many are Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Queen, Barbara Striesand, Amy Winehouse, Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye. Gear - Shure sm58 mic

Sean Bass Guitar Having been involved in the music business for over 25 years, Sean has a vast amount of experience in all genre's of music and is renowned locally for his bass style and enthusiasm towards a variety of music.
